“That which we have seen and heard declare we unto you, that ye also may have fellowship with us: and truly our fellowship is with the Father, and with his Son Jesus Christ” – I John 1:3
What you know, and are assured of concerning Christ Jesus, should excite you into sharing the good news with others; that they might have opportunity to join the fellowship of the saints in the light, and experience what you are experiencing: a love that is totally genuine and beyond any man’s comprehension, a peace that transcends all understanding, and joy that the world cannot give, and will never match.
Who wouldn’t want the world to know?
If this man Jesus declared that “the harvest truly is plenty” (Matthew 9:37), then there ought to be somebody you can tell – somebody who is prepared to receive the gospel of Jesus Christ; for how can they know, unless somebody tells them.
Share your testimony with the lost, the broken-hearted and those who are discouraged by what they hear and see in this world, that they might be encouraged to join the fellowship, and experience true love, peace, joy and friendship.
Let the world know about the man name Jesus! The man who rescued you from the death of sin, who brought you out into the marvelous light, and who is ordering your steps in the true path that leads to eternal life.
Let them know about the man name Jesus, who died on an old rugged cross, then rose from a sealed tomb and ascended to heaven, where he now sits on the right hand of His Father, awaiting that great day to receive His church into glory!
Are you excited enough about what you are experiencing in Christ Jesus to tell somebody? Go ahead! And as you do, we hope that God will do amazing things through your life and witness of our Savior.
May you have an opportunity to share the good news of God’s gift of grace wherever you go; being guided in opening your mouth in the right way, at the right time.
